Check out this unreal video that was filmed, edited, animated and produced all with the iPad Pro. For sure gets me wanting to hop right back on it and start making some magic.

Check out the final trailer for what is going to be one of the sickest animated films of all time. I was lucky enough to go to Adobe Max this year and see the process on how all of the animations were made. The never ending amounts of detail and layers on layers on layers is incredible. The way they have literally brought a comic to life and really tying the old school comic book aesthetic to new school animation blows my mind. Mad props to every designer on this team because you absolutely killed it. I hope to one day get to work on a piece as unreal as this. Even if your not an animated film fan I would give this a watch. 

For all of you designers out there you know that this was a painful one when Avatar chose to roll with Papyrus as their main logo font ... and just straight up typed it out with a wee bit of glow. The day has finally come where they have moved on and ditched the comic sans of this new generation. 

Finally a logo that seems fitting for this marvelous movie. I'd say this went from a hard 0/10 to a nice 9/10. Nice little details within the typeface and Iconic A that absolutely trump the Papyrus death. Only took about 10 years but hey at least the time came. 

If you never saw the unreal Ryan Gosling skit on SNL about this ... You're missing out. You have to watch it in the video below.
