Welcome to the first ever TazAlGhul Movie Monday! Huge thanks to fellow collector Jonathan Boyd aka @nerdherder88 (give him a follow) for whipping up some unreal reviews that got me thinking and totally remembering things that I completely forgot about already.

Without further ado ... here's the first ever Movie Monday Review. Enjoy ...

’m just going to jump right into and I don’t really like starting off negatively, but 10-15 minute in I wasn’t feeling it. Right out of the gate the whole Michelle/Peter relationship was super forced. Was there a Spider-Man 1.5 shown somewhere and I missed the part where all of a sudden everyone wants to be with Michelle? Nobody was interested in her in Homecoming and she was just comic relief. Also I don’t recall her even being called Michelle in this one. Sorry but she’s not Mary Jane, so why the need to even call her MJ at all? Also that whole taking her swinging through the city was unnecessary and made no sense which leads to another complaint. Next problem I had was the amount of times and time spent by Peter unmasked. When the post credits identity reveal happened it was like who doesn’t know at this point. If he wouldn’t have instantly ripped that mask off as soon as he entered the room with Beck and SHIELD he wouldn’t have a problem. That all just seems very uncharacteristic of Peter Parker since he keeps his secret identity very secret in comics. Happy even gives away Spidey’s identity in the vault when he says he has a thing for Spider-Man’s aunt. When those kids see him with May they are going to know that’s Peter’s aunt. Marvel seems to be replacing Uncle Ben with Tony Stark as well. I get the Uncle Ben thing has been shown and told several times, but it’s still a key part of the character and I want “With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility.” The kicker was showing the initials on the suitcase and then blowing up the plane later. I don’t need or want Spider-Man to be the next Iron Man, I just want him to be Spider-Man. On to the positive aka MYSTERIO! The Mysterio stuff was great and brought this True Believer back into the movie. The changes made to his character made sense and worked for me. The parts where he had Spider-Man trapped in the illusions were awesome. Those scenes made the movie for me along with JK Simmons back as J Jonah Jameson! I hope Mysterio’s death was an illusion as well and he comes back later. I’m glad the multiverse thing was a lie, it’s too early for all that stuff. The Skrull and Fury post credit thing threw me for a loop and confuses me. Where is Fury and why is he working with Skrulls? When Spider-Man was shown in Civil War I was really excited for him being added to the MCU and before Homecoming I’d put Civil War on just to skip to his part. Since Homecoming and now Far From Home I feel let down. Marvel seems to be trying really hard to be different than previous iterations and the character/story is suffering. These are my initial thoughts though from just the 1 viewing.

​P.S. Spider-Verse is still my favorite Spider-Man movie

I was actually pretty pumped to read this review because my man really nailed it right out of the gates with the whole forced MJ relationship - was quite a wicked awkward start for the movie which did tie the whole younger more teenage spider-man feel to it more than previous spider-man movies. That whole MJ thing going on does grind my gears. Also ... 100% Peter Parker DOES NOT rip that mask off in public ever. That whole aspect of it totally goes against the hero code & we shall see how they react to that Times Square ending announcing to the world that Spidey is Peter Parker. Someone Cue the Men In Black Mind wipe ... or bring on the X-Men for a nice brain cleanse like Emma Frost in the most recent Uncanny Avengers comic wiping memories of mutant kind? If only if only. 

Mysterio and the illusions ... straight badass. That got the movie quite a few extra stars in my mind just because of the amazing visual effects and inception like action. 

All in all ill give it the following rating ...

2020 couldn't come any faster for the next Venom movie to finally come out! CAN'T Wait!

These Deadpool invasions are always the best. Mr. Wilson has some Purdy damn good points in this one too hahah. 

Was super pumped when I saw the trailer dropped out of nowhere but they really didn't give us that much of a sneak peak of what exactly they'll be duking it out with. Of course it's safe to assume it's Thanos and the Black Order again but we all know there's something else going down in this one. 

That being said I'm stoked they didn't give away too much. Hate when that happens in trailers. Couple sweet tid-bits shown was the rise of the new lady Hawkeye and the fact that Tony Stark will return to the squad and make it back safely from space. My vote is on Captain Marvel saving his ass since she was just buzzing around galaxies at the end of her movie.

The first trailer for X-Men - Dark Phoenix has finally arrived! Sansa Stark is bringin the heat ... literally in this trailer. As one of the strongest X-Men there is this should be an unreal duel between her and the X-Men squad. A movie like this is really where I wish Wolverine could make his comeback since him and Jean have some wicked history together. Who knows ... maybe it could still happen. If only if only.

I'm guessing this shall be the last of the Captain Marvel Movie trailers since the release of the movie is right around the corner! 
Can't wait to get another glimpse into the MCU and see how the hell she's going to save the day in End Game.

This little teaser for sure has everyone even more pumped for April! Good amount of FaceTime for Rocket Raccoon - if you missed the trailer during the super bowl give it a watch above ^^ Bring em home Cap! 

Watch this hilarious trailer where Deadpool is the only star! Well of course also Hugh Jackman. We all want to see Hugh Jackman as Wolverine all over again now that Disney has the rights to tie him into the MCU. The intro scene with Deadpool rubbing down the Wolverine mask is priceless. Give this a watch - you won't be disappointed. 

Cant wait to finally witness all this animation magic on the big screen! For sure one I'll be purchasing in 4K to catch every little unreal detail that's brought to life Into the Spider-Verse. OW OWWW!

The time has finally come after what felt like the longest wait of all time! The first Avengers trailer since Infinity War ... Check it out.

Check out this hilarious Rom-Com trailer of Eddie Brock romancing over all the forms of Venom. Purdy hilarious how they cut each scene. Give it peak. 

The second Captain Marvel trailer has finally arrived! This trailer comes with a way better glimpse into the Skull army as well of a larger scope of how they portray the creation of Captain Marvel. Cant wait to see how this ties into the 10 year storyline and how it also begins the new phase of the MCU. Give it a watch.

Check out the final trailer for what is going to be one of the sickest animated films of all time. I was lucky enough to go to Adobe Max this year and see the process on how all of the animations were made. The never ending amounts of detail and layers on layers on layers is incredible. The way they have literally brought a comic to life and really tying the old school comic book aesthetic to new school animation blows my mind. Mad props to every designer on this team because you absolutely killed it. I hope to one day get to work on a piece as unreal as this. Even if your not an animated film fan I would give this a watch. 

We finally get a glimpse into the long awaited Captain Marvel movie! You're not gunna want to miss this one! Watch the video above and get a sweet look and a Young Nick Fury! 

If you haven't watched this unreal trailer yet ... you are 100% missing out. Don't know anyone who ins't pumped to see another Tom Hardy masterpiece. I think they're actually nailing Venom here. Wont spoil anything for you here so just go ahead and give it a watch ...

Fortnite is getting one of the most unreal limited events ever! Thanos will be featured in Fortnite coming very soon where players will have the opportunity to wield the gauntlet and all its power! Not sure what these powers will entail but if it's anything like the movie I think it's safe to say the kill count following will be massive. 

I've read rumors about the characters being available for purchase like in the image above but nothing I'm seeing is actual fact. One can only hope! Fortnite will be taking all of my money if these become available. Fingers crossed! Keep your eyes peeled over the next few days for the start of the event! It's looking like a possible May 8th start date. 

Watch deadpool whip out the dance moves in Celine's new music video titled Ashes. Make sure to watch it until the end to see the little Celine/Deadpool mouth off session.
